Mueller on December 6, 2005 meeting at the Big Bear Discovery Center and possible forgery by an ambiguous woman.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;In attendance at the firing meeting of Carl G. Mueller:&lt;br /&gt;1. Big Bear Discovery Center Supervisor Helaine (Last name unknown to me)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;2. Mary Treloar, Program Coordinator and Job Developer for the Senior Community Services Employment Program. (SCSEP)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;3. Myself, Carl G. Mueller, Nam 68 and former Senior Community Services Employment Program employee of the Discovery Center.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I feel I was unjustly fired because I was discriminated against because I’m disabled and was unable to perform for long periods of “time”. This “time” could have been divided by others within the SCSEP program or divided by the many volunteers at the Discovery Center who where helping out before my hiring.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;My disability made it too painful to work the amount of hours that the Discovery Center Supervisor Helaine “claimed the Center needed out of me” and hiring two employees and not just me was out of the question, according to Heline and Mary Treloar.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Request Review Of My Firing:&lt;br /&gt;As you know Director Thomas, I’m a Senior Community Services Employment Program accepted applicant, approved to work under your directive. In fact the last day I actually worked at the Big Bear Discovery Center I asked you, and you accepted, to replace me at the front desk because I was in too much main to continue. (See Time and Attendance Record, Saturday December 3rd) Supervisor Helaine did give me four hours of work for today Dec. 6, 2005, thou the only work was forcing myself to listen to Helaine and Mary Treloar twist the facts of my dismissal. This twisting of the facts and possible forgery is why I writing you and request you to reevaluate my firing.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Facts not verbal B.S.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;In this letter I will argue the written facts of my unjust firing by presetting USDA Forest Service documents and possibly forged OMB approved documents, that you can hold in your hands, and not the he said she said B.S. that took place in the December 6, 2005 meeting in which I was fired.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;USDA Forest Service Time and Attendance Record Documents:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;USDA Forest Service, “Time and Attendance Record” printed out by Supervisor Helaine, on day of the “firing meeting”, December 6, 2005. Record shows I was working more then 20 hours per week.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Reason for Firing is Initialed:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Senior Community Services Employment Program “Exit Form” shows I didn’t approve of Mary Treloar’s (Unprofessional brow beating maneuvers) in which Mary Treloar took the liberty of checking the box for me which says I agreed to my firing because of # 6, letter h. Health/medical. The SCSEP Exit Form (OMB Approval Number 1205-0040, Expiration Date: 06/30/07) illustrates I crossed out letter h. and wrote “To Many Hours” as my reason for being exited/fired. At my request Mary Treloar, put her initials MT on OMB Approval Number form 1205-0040, where I wrote “To Many Hours”. This was witnessed by Supervisor Helaine.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;I Refused a Request by an Ambiguous Woman:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;At the bottom of the above mention government OMB Approval Number form 1205-0040, Mary Treloar wrote “Refused”. She wrote refused because I would NOT sign document OMB Approval Number 1205-0040. I told her I did NOT want to waive my confidentiality rights. (During my first interview with Mary Treloar she said something about an employee not getting their check for 13 months; and even at that time I suspected this is not a woman to be trusted.) &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:130%;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Ambiguous Woman Forges A Government Document &lt;em&gt;???&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Now as I type this letter and look at OMB Approval Number form 1205-0040 the “Waiver of Confidentiality” section which is written in bold Italic lettering seems out of place. Some reasons for a possible forgery is because:&lt;br /&gt;1. That section of the form is in italics and bold and appears out of place.&lt;br /&gt;2. All blank lines don’t extend to the same right-hand margin.&lt;br /&gt;3. Being squeezed between numbers 7. &amp; 8. appears unprofessional for an approved&lt;br /&gt;Governmental document, unless OMB approved is not governmental but is a self&lt;br /&gt;designed document by an ambiguous woman.&lt;br /&gt;4. The fact that number 10 of the OMB form is on a second page smells fishy since the&lt;br /&gt;pages are NOT numbered.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Attention: Big Bear Sheriff’s Department:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Director Thomas, “Is it true that someone hung himself or herself in the Big Bear Discovery Center grounds area? Was that person in the SCSEP program? I too have had such suicidal thoughts during the past few days because I knew I might lose my Discovery Center job; the best little job I ever had in my life. The job was a real opportunity to change my life around and feel good about whom I could become. In fact I used my writing hobby web blog to write about how wonderful the Discovery Center could help the United States in the event of a terrorist attack.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;a href="http://duncan-hunter-president.blogspot.com/2005/11/forest-and-war-here.html"&gt;http://duncan-hunter-president.blogspot.com/2005/11/forest-and-war-here.html&lt;/a&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Big Bear Lake Sheriff Captain Watkins:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;When your BIG Sergeant visited the Discovery Center around the end of November 2005, I noticed he wasn’t received with open arms to say the least, except for me. In fact most of the Discovery Center employees scrammed to the back room as the sarge and I chewed the fat like old buddies as we crossed the front desk while heading towards the door. Now that scrambling seems suspicious but it didn’t at the time! Or maybe the sarge just wanted to know how the Discovery Center’s big empty space could be used in the event of a terrorist attack happening in LA or Los Vegas?&lt;br /&gt;&lt;a href="http://duncan-hunter-president.blogspot.com/2005/11/forest-and-war-here.html"&gt;http://duncan-hunter-president.blogspot.com/2005/11/forest-and-war-here.html&lt;/a&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;“The primary objective of this program…”&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;On 10/21/05, after making me a client of the Senior Community Service Employment Program, Mary Treloar gave me a booklet entitled: “Your Personal Guide to the Senior Community Service Employment Program” By the USDA Forest Service. During my firing meeting I read from the booklet part of paragraph 3 sentence 3 and used that sentence as a reason why I needed to work less hours at the Discovery Center.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;The booklet said, “The primary objective of this program is to foster and promote useful part-time opportunities in community service activities for unemployed low-income persons who are 55 years or older and who have poor employment prospects,…”&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;“…and who have poor employment prospects,…”&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;When I read the part that said, “and who have poor employment prospects,” I stopped and said that is why I need to work less hours. My need to work less hours is why I have a poor prospective to get hired and because of my disability. And that disability (two total hip replacements and pain throughout my entire body) makes the prospective of finding work difficult. So I requested my Supervisor Helaine and Mary Treloar to have my hours lowered to four hours a day 3 days a week. My request was denied and therefore I was fired form working at the Discovery Center. Helaine and Mary Treloar appeared to have a negative attitude towards me because I claimed they didn’t have a right to fire me according to the SCSEP Booklet Mary gave me when she hired me on 10/21/05.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;TOUR OF DUTY&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Senior Community Service Employment Program Booklet page 3,&lt;br /&gt;I also mentioned that a “written agreement” between me and my supervisor can be worked out that shows I can work more then 20 hours a week or less then 20 hours a week. I asked to see the signed agreement that showed I could work more then 20 hours a week or less than 20 hours a week but that request seemed to fall on a cranium separating death ears.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;WORKING CONDITIONS&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Senior Community Service Employment Program Booklet page 5&lt;br /&gt;*Your unit must insure you have safe working conditions and that our training assignments are within your physical abilities.&lt;br /&gt;*Ask your supervisor to assist you if you have questions or concerns.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;AND FINALLY&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;Senior Community Service Employment Program Booklet page 7&lt;br /&gt;*Since this is an orientation it does not encompass every aspect of the Senior Community Service Program. If you have questions please ask your supervisor. This program is for both of you. It is Your “GATEWAY TO OPPORTUNITY”. Have a wonderful day!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#ffff00;"&gt;Director allows friendship to trump regulations within his SCSEP program?&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;At the firing meeting I mentioned that Joyce has been in the SCSEP training program for 5 years and that was wrong because the SCSEP training program is to be for only two years. After I said that about Joyce I got looks of death, as if I had just broken up a love affair.
